Help! I tried to register but have not received a welcome email or information on how to begin. What am I supposed to do?
Registration is only the first step. In order to begin you need to go to https://symptoprocontinuinged.lmscheckout.com/Course/index and purchase the appropriate course.
When will I be assigned to an instructor?
Your instructor will be notified of your registration usually within 1 - 3 business days. They will then send you a welcome email to let you know how to get started or to check if you have any questions, if you have already begun the learning modules.
Do I need to wait for my instructor to begin the course?
For this continuing education course you may begin immediately and complete the course at whatever pace you desire. Your instructor will check in with you as soon as they receive notification of your order (usually within 1-3 business days). Ideally you would not begin the course until you have been connected with them, however if you desire to start the course, you may do so at any time.
